smudge dear how are you? Just had my appointment at the hospital and they have taken me off of betablockers and put me on ACE inhibitors, it's to aid my BP and kidneys. Now let's hope I feel full of the joys of life again. Take care ^8^

Signing in again briefly......Hi Vinny & Neti, glad you're well & thank you for asking after me!

Been thinking of you too Vinny - 'specially after recently chatting to my older sister about our time at Webbery Convalescent Home in Bideford, aged 5 & 9....

I'm so glad you're feeling much better now Neti, you're too nice to be unwell, so do take great care of yourself. Hope it's not been too hot for you in Spain. ^8^ -xx-

Thankfully, my ticker has settled down nicely after the ablation & my dizzy spells have at last subsided (thanks to medication), so have just got back into my swimming again, which I really missed! Did 30 lengths on Thursday, but boy did I ache the next day!! It's a good ache tho'!

My feet haven't touched the ground over the last couple of months, as unfortunately, our daughter Coggles has been very poorly, hospital stays, etc., & still ongoing .....

I wish you all well & enjoy the rest of the summer... -xx-
