Error on the submit-your-question page?

I'm trying to submit a question in How It Works. But on the list of possibly similar questions, there is one entitled "How does Answerbank work" and it contains a long list of code in Courier that bleeds off the screen. It seems to have kicked out the submit button. Can this be fixed, is it a fault on the site or something at my end?
