Just a brief look in. Have been really stressed and busy over the last couple of weeks. However, just had to say that I too have suffered from IBS since the age of 9, believe it or not, when they took my appendix out, decided that they needn't have because I had 'stomach migraine'.

Have had to come off my arthritis drugs this month because the IBS has been so bad. Now have to rely on Paracetamol for my bloomin' hip!!

IBS runs in our family. It seems all the Biddy girls are plagued with it!

oh dear, no wonder 'Died: IBS' is an anagram of 'biddies'.

Got a voucher for a cheap Greek meal yesterday so we had it to celebrate our anniversary - sentimental big spenders, eh wot. As only one of us has ever remembered what day it was (me), there's no point on splashing out on a banquet.

G'day biddylins...thanks for that jno but I don't intend to expire today, it's glorious here. Took my new shoes for a stroll at last without fear of skidding on ice/wading through ankle high puddles & the great unwashed are out in strappy tops...what?!...it's lovely but it ain't THAT hot...tut.

Thought I'd just stop by while I bombard my innards with a shedload of calories. Don't want to speak too soon but cramming the extras - whether I feel like it or not - seems to be working & I've gained about 5lbs....another 5 or 6 will do me nicely. I don't want my knees to buckle any more than they already do....Sorry if you're on diet folks. Apparently eating lots of fruit & veg isn't 'magical'...oh quel surprise...

g'day each and every! Have jusr spring cleaned the kitchen, ugh - my back is now killing me. How can such a small room get so dirty, I'm sure I thoroughly clean it every month, and nightly every day!

It's gone a bit cooler here, sun and cloud.

did I mention that i had eaten my little tomato and it was lovely, and when I say it tasted of tomato, don't knock it cos here a lot of them taste of nothing!!! We send all the good one to Europe and receive crap in return!!

Neti i think that there are dirt fairies who come in and scatter sackfuls of the stuff at night...I think they belong to the same firm as the fairies who steal one of every sock and use up all the milk when no one is looking.

HI all. :Lovely day and I've been busy. Well just a bit. Got the weeds up from the other side of my fence. (A neighbour dropped a hint the other day) Then put a load of weed killer down hoping they don't grow again.

We had a power cut this morning and I had to go all round the house resetting things. I have a timer for my washer so that I can wash at night on economy 7. Couldn't reset it and nor could I find the 'destructions' to do it so I tried the internet and all I keyed in was the item number and would you believe it there they were. But I still couldn't do it so I took the lot to B&Q and this young man looked at it and went bonk! bonk! bonk! bonk! and it was set. I asked him how he did it and he said 'I don't know' My laugh of the day...Simple things please simple minds.

Reminds me, daughter wrote off for a waitress job and got an email inviting her to an interview, it was for an adult club and she needed to be "liberal minded!" needless to say I forbade it , thyen had to explain what it was all about, ergh yuk she said!
