It seems we're not getting any changes on AB 'til after xmas so I've set up a grotto for us. Sorry it's a bit like a scene from Great Expectations but I've sprayed a few cobwebs silver & blown the dust off me doileys so please come in & sit down.
What do all the biddies/grumps want to find in their wrinkly stockings this year then? Do you like all this festivity or will you be the grumpy gran/grandpa from hell this year?
Please feel free to take a present out of the bran tub as you leave by the way. Contents may be unidentifiable....oops sorry...be varied.

Biddouins...

Morning me Biddy .Gypsys ...nomadic it be....Ive managed to get hold of 3 caravans...doing the deal over the camp fire..and drinking..and a singing nomadic verses...Its been a long night i can tell you...

here (:~)

Yep, if possible I would prefer to hide amongst Woofgangs Figleaves!! Now am about to do some work and I MUST DO IT TODAY!!

I don't think my superhero found his trip very glamorous - walking around a factory, etc. However, he did manage to get treated to a meal in a rather exclusive restaurant. Arrived home at about 11.45pm, and has just now departed for work again - but not to Sweden. He does get about a bit though, but usually UK.

See you folks later of I manage to discipline myself about work!

This is a test post. I just posted a long thread and it's disappeared, so I am not doing it all again until I have waited for at least five minutes!
There seems to be a new, green Dot Hawkes about (the one on here yesterday?). Take care.
Dotjhawkes says in another post that she was green cos she been banned over the weekend.
Vinny my maternal grandfather actually owned a caravan like those in Suffolk. It was in a field, and no no one was living in it. It was a beautiful thing, very ornate, but it got sold when he died, I would have loved it:

IMPORTANT

I have just had an email from the Ed to say that my flowers on a fig Q has been moved to suggestions.

Coupled with the comment about other people chatting on the thread that was supposed to be aour new home, I reckon that she wants us to move there.

here's the link

Poor Biddybankers waiting for permission from AB Ed to move.

biddybankers

netti. Ive always found the gypsy caravans and there lifestyle romantic.I lead a bit of a nomadic lifestyle in the sixties.I use to pack up my sleeping bag and hitchike through europe...france.holland spain...germany..switzerland...And then back to the uk to do some Hop picking down kent...applepicking..etc..get work for the winter, and then shoot off again when the spring came.I remember sleeping under this bridge in a small village in france, when i woke up...there were a dozen villagers and the local gendarmeria
looking down at me..you know what they did..took me inside one of there farmhouses .I.had a wash and then they fed me.....good old days..(:)
Well I can't see it on suggs. But we don't want to be upfront. We want to be hidden in the bowels of the fig tree. Have just visited the new place, seems quite nice.

Here is the new biddybank home - not quite like the old one. But with Vinny's Becks bottles strewn about it'll soon look like home.

PS Dotjhawkes has posted in grey on the timeout thread today
Yes and on the one about email message response she admits to be green over the weekend after bing banned.

Morning all. It's panicky annie again!! Please when the time comes will you leave me a message on here to tell me where to go (apart from where you'd like to tell me to go!!)

I fancy a ride on one of those caravans rather than a horse and cart. Much more elegant. :o)

Jude don't panic. Robinia will tell us exactly where to go and when. Even I'm getting confused now if Ed has popped the figs onto Suggs.
Jude123, Click on the Red Link in Woofgangs Important Notice just a few questions above yours and we will have a cup of tea and some cake waiting for you............
The fig question will probably be way back in April last year in the Suggestions category. (i.e. the date posted by Woofgang in Home and Garden) Anyway Neti you have already been there??!!

Jude some of us have already moved over. go u`p to Woofgang's thread and click on the red http thingy and we'll be waiting. Once there right click your mouse and get desktop icon(I think that's what it's called in English - I don't have it) and then an icon should appear on the screen, which you can click on whenever you wish to come to Biddybank. Saves a lot of walking and trawling through. Hope that's clear enough.

I'll email pickle and let him know.

and Jude once you have visited the new grotto and made a posting you can always get back in again through 'my profile' which gives you all the threads you have ever contributed to.
