Premature termination of a post

Dear AB ED, I have just discovered that a "tab" terminates a posted answer and submits it. Is this intentional? It makes it difficult to format numbers in a reply.

Hi tony,

The "tab" button moves the curser to the different elements of the page, so when you tab to "submit" (without meaning to) and press "enter" to skip a line it submits your post. We'll keep the tab functionality as users may use it to move to other parts of the page as mentioned.
