Jokes section with the rule regarding bad language.

Jokes : To make it clear, what I was meaning is a Joke section that we can all find (for the new ABers),how would anyone know that jokes were in phrases Sayings and Topics ,I have been here for a number of years, it was only last week after someone had the hump that I even knew there was a section hidden beneath the sections, also anew Joke section could have a polite request to hold the X Rated language it is not allowed on normal posts ,so why the difference,with creative typing I am sure we all know what is meant.
