What you are suggesting is an offence under the Theft Act - obtaining a pecuniary advantage by deception.

no.knowledge, you are going way down in my estimation there.

Ethel, Yip you and me both - my tongue was firmly in cheek when asking this as I have spent hours on the phone with 2 different insurance claims and just thought about the things that I missed off! I actually phoned back re the 'statement' that they send you by post to correct them!

Hi Weeal, well its the second time I have had to make a claim and I wasn't going to bother and then you think of the money it takes to replace *stuff*.
