The music sounded really familiar to me as well, it is from a film that is either set in the desert or on water, thats all i know i'm afraid

The orchestral music,Uncle Walter,is Ralph Vaughn Williams' peerless Fantasia based Upon A Theme By Thomas Tallis. Vaughn Williams loved the English countryside and the music is evocative of his rural ramblings. I believe the music had its debut in Gloucester Cathedral in circa 1910. Thomas Tallis was a 15th/16th composer. As a keen rambler myself, listening to it reminds me of my walks in the countryside.

The music was used in Master And Commander:Far Side Of The World. RVW has also written music for Scott of The Antarctic and The 49th Parallel, plus other British films of the 1940's.
