sending bulky items

i am going to sell a guitar and amp on ebay but don't know how i'm supposed to send them. Do i have to use parcelforce and if so how do i find out how much it will cost etc.

You can use other parcel delivery firms, but I have found royal mail perfectly reliable and often cheaper. Any post office will give you a leaflet on delivery costs for Parcel Force, including insurance fees etc. Remember to include the weight of your packaging as each extra kilo can add approx �1.50 to your postage costs.

I'm just not sure where we are in relation to the weight/bulk change yet, we may be in the new 'mode' now where bulk is counted as much as weight. Worth checking out.

could you not just sell it locally as in buyer collects. That way you save the hassle of posting
you could sell it with proviso  buyer collects.That worked for me
