As diets go this seems doable. I was thinking for the lean days 2 tins of baked beans each on a slice of toast. That would just fall into the 600 calorie level.

It works and your systems soon gets used to it and you don't feel hungry. Five days feasting and then depriving yourself for two won't do anything to adjust your appetite control. Drink a glass of water before a meal.
