Does anyone know if it's safe to put cooked pasta out on the bird table please?

better to put it on ground for the larger less fussy birds keep the table for seed type food

Yes, of course. Chop it up a bit, especially if it's spaghetti.

The birds in our garden love it... perhaps they're Italian. The rooks, crows etc love it, although we also feed them some cheap meat. They queue up every morning to see what's on the table.
