How many kitten food pouches should a 7 week old kitten be eating each day? (with a little dry food as well)

Hi There

I always feed kittens 'little and often'.  Too much and they will get bloated and could possibly be sick from eating too much.  A cat will tell you when its hungry and will tell you when its not (puts its nose in the air and ponces off!!!)

One pouch is ample for one sitting.

I didn't think 7 week old kittens should have hard food! None of mine have ever had hard food until they were about 6-7 months

Hi me again, i forgot to answer your question, I agree with Mrs_Pegasus, little and often, but as they get older, make the portions less frequent and larger, so they get used to only being fed a couple of times a day.

robyn#2 I thought that about the hard food too but they can have it from one month, apparently it's good for their teeth...
