It's back tonight on BBC2 at 8pm. Compulsive viewing.
Take a look at the 4 live Webcams on the Link ! Excellent.
I think it's on for the next 3 weeks.

Thanks for backing my Dyfi Ospreys Message Board comment Rowan. Just noticed it as have been viewing the Cams.....no one else has responded so far.
Hopefully Springwatch Team will mention the Ospreys at some stage.

Now the Redstarts have all left the nest, it's nice to see Sandpiper Cam in it's place.
Lovely little Bird but still no Osprey Cam or any feedback either.
Hope they mention something on the Programme tonight
Question Author
Looks quite peaceful on the Webcams today, lovely day but a bit breezy.
Still no mention of the Ospreys on Springwatch, not sure why.
Shame the programme is not on tonight, I wish it was on 7 days a week as there is so much footage they could show.
I'm not anti Beaver but I wish more time was given to Ynis Hir RSPB instead.
So many good birds in the area and they carry on with the Scottish Beavers... I swear the BBC has a Scottish Quota to fill
Question Author
Maybe we should call it Beaverwatch instead Rowan !
Still a good programme though.....

Webcams getting switched off for about an hour whilst Tech Team sort out some glitches..........
At least we get Iolo next week from Skomer with seabirds so lots of welsh puffins to look forward to...should recruit a few more swooners too....some of the ladies will be taken with him
Question Author
Iolo Williams is on the Monday programme Rowan so swooning can start next week for the Ladies.
Gannets and Puffins next week so good viewing.
I got annoyed last night with the faffing about. Not enough of the birds and too much of the presenters for me.
Question Author
Springwatch Team have replied to my query about Dyfi Ospreys at last, and there should be some feedback about it soon. At least they know about it now and maybe we will get some Osprey News soon.
I will miss Springwatch not been on tonight, boo hiss

Looking forward to Monday though I do like Lolo...................swoon, thud.....
Hi Chaffinch....I really am tempted to get on a train to mid wales and loiter around the reserve.....just on the offchance....
Well I popped up onto the South Downs this afternoon and lay on my back in the grass watching and listening to Skylarks. Magic. Oh and with the dog licking my face. Bit yukky.
I might wander down to the woods and see what small jobs are about...its a lovely evening
Rowan, book me a ticket too, I'll pick ladybirder up :)
Ladybirder, where abouts did you go? I live in the Southdowns, did you see the Honey Buzzard?
I was near Hassocks heading towards Ditchling Chaffinch and no, 'fraid I didn't see a Honey Buzzard. You're at the western end of the downs aren't you?
We seem to have an influx of quail in my area http://www.sbsg.org/s...s/recentsightings.asp

I think I'll go and have a look tomorrow evening.
Can you imagine the reaction....three ladies of a certain age lingering in the bushes making bird noises to lure the boys over... then POUNNNNNCE....They'd hear the screams at Pensthorpe
Oooh I can picture it now. Bring it on.
