Day light savings bill

Probably being extremely dim here, but what is the point of this. What would it mean in practical terms? (Always get really confused when the clocks go back/forward.) Thanks

well it did change back in the 1970s, I'd just left school and started work I think, but I can't remember what happened and why they changed it back, but it confused my Dad's Friesans their natural clock went all to pot

There is no point to it. The whole discussion is a non-issue as far as I am concerned.

Winter time is correct but could do with an extra hour in the evening during Summer (move clocks forward 2 hours). It's bright at 5am in June and just wakes me up!
