I got a bunny rabbit 3 days ago and it's 14 weeks old. I'm obviously keeping it indoors for the winter, but will it be ok to go outside in it's run for a little bit today, it's a bit chilly where i am (the midlands), but it's sunny. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Gonig a bit cooler now, so possibly a bit late for today, but I fail to see why it can't be outside for an hour or so in the sunshine.
For a bit of what !
If its got a shelter in the run and some bedding it will be fine.
Our neighbour's rabbits live outside, they have a big hutch with lots of bedding in the bed part, and a plastic sheet covering the front to keep out the wind and rain. They let them out when the parents are home, on nice days, for a good hop. If you have dandelions, they love them - bunny treat!
our rabbit lives outside also, pain at this time of year as water freezes up, need to keep an eye on it.
does anyone know of anything you can add to it to stop this happening?

boxtops, your usual excellent advice has a slight dent in it today ☺.

We used to cover the front of rabbit hutches with plastic in the 80s until two of the juveniles took a liking to the taste of plastic. They died ofcourse as it doesn't breakdown in the guts. So my advise is always to use very thick plastic so they can't pull it through the wire/netting or preferably perspex or that translucent roof sheeting.

Sorry to jump in Jellybean but one rabbit saved is one happy child.
