Its like the middle of winter here this morning in the NW - blowing a gale and pouring down! The leaves are already starting to come off the trees and its still only August :(

Same here yelenots, I was determined not to have the heating on until Sept at least but I gave in for an hour last night... it's so depressing :o(

It's dry and breezy here in the South West....but very chilly. I imagine it will warm up though. As for the heating....it won't go on until October at the earliest. I refuse to throw money to the gas companies.

Wasnt too bad here earlier but theres a real storm brewing now. Just had to close all the doors into our canteen as all the muck and leaves are blowing in and Ive had to clean all the tables down again

Here in le sud ouest It's cooled down a bit from the 39C we had on wednesday its only 25C at the moment and no rain for a fortnight.
