I can't say I've ever had them - at least not knowingly. Are they visible to the naked eye? Have any of you dirty lot got them?

I must avoid Abercrombie & Fitch in New York - I wouldn't want bedbugs to leap upon my person and infest my button-down-collar $260 pinstripe shirt.

What you on about vibes? I'm on the news? Wouldn't be the first time :-)

I didn't do it Guv'nor - honest.
They're about the size of a match head. Rusty brown in colour they hide in bedframes and come out to feed on you when they sense the heat of your body at night.

Ooh, I get very hot in bed at night. I wouldn't like to think of those critters feeding off my sweat. Wouldn't they leave marks though? Or make me itch?

vibes - what thread on the news?
It's not your sweat they're after. It's your blood. Their bite leaves a small lump. Some people are allergic to them and after they're bitten they develop an irritating itch.

Apparently NYC has had a bad outbreak of bedbugs this summer. Some clothing stores and hotels have been closed for cleansing...It has been on the news here on and off for a few moths. ICK!

Big flaps? How dare you - you're just trying to get me to go all rude again today.

Mine are trim and tidy. I'm going over there now to protest - I didn't say I'd behave over on SAB - just on here. >>>>>>>>>>>>
Never seen or felt them thank goodness. I always make sure the duvet is thrown back and kept that way all day. The coolness is supposed to keep any creepy crawlies away...they prefer the warmth.
All beds have thousands of minute bed bugs that are so small you would need a powerful magnifier to see them, and without them our beds would stink to high heaven as they feed on the skin scales that fall off our bodies 24/7/12 as we change our skin regularly just like lizards but not so much all at once. If you only bathe occasionally the bugs have a bean feast at night when they emerge from their hidey holes in your mattress. Itching yet???
" the bugs have a bean feast at night"

There ya go salla, if you wake up with an itching bean that's your problem :)
