Simply an increase in the population of moles. Populations of animals rise and fall all the time. This si natures way of keeping everything working. As the mole population rises the fox population falls then the f.p (fox pop) rises to eat the moles. The m.p (mole pop) then falls meaning the f.p falls meaning the m.p rises e.t.c e.t.c e.t.c
