What sort of dog eggcup5.    It would be useful to know the breed or size, for example if it is a St Bernard I wouldn't want to suggest Titch!

It's a small yorkshire terrier.

Twerp

Here are a few more options:

Male_Dog_Names_T

Oops! Obviously they are male and female names, but many to choose from.

Toto, Tonto, Tobias, Taz, Teddy, Tiny Tim, Toffee, Timothy, Tommy . to name but a few.

You could give him a really big dog's name to make him feel important - or why not call him Trev?

I have a male Yorkshire Terrier too!

A friend of mine had a huge dog that was very gentle and laid back. She called him Threat.
What about 'Tyson'?
twit or twinkie
Terence.
Tigger

please don't chose Tyson.  Heads up to dog owners....it isn't funny to give the smallest, puniest dog in the world the name of a thug or neanderthal.  It's tired and worn and D'Oh!  It makes the owner sound sooooo chavvy.

Why not give it a human name?  someone I know has two labradoodles called Dave and Ellie, which I think is great.  My favourite dog ever was a black lab called Bruce.   I think dogs can really suit what are traditionally 'human' names.  Much better than Spot or Rover etc etc etc.

Let us know what you chose???

Ive got a male yorkie too, his name is Toby - cos my daughters fancied Toby Maguire when we first got him.

Why has it got to begin with a T?

Tariq.  Terry.  Turner.  Tad.  Todd.

We have two other dogs called 'Taffy and 'Tara' so we want to call this one with a name beginning 'T'.
Why does it have to be 'T'. Do this...actually name your dog: 'DOG'.
For a touch of the whimsical why not Titan?
I instantly thought of Tigger, then I see it's also woofs choice - so that's settled, there's your name!
what about terry (the terrier)
Or better yet... T-REX!
i agree with clanad T rex was the first name that i thought of.
