Taking our boxer dog to the U.S. What do we need to do?

We are currently in the motions of moving over to Florida. We are wanting to take our dog and wondered if he needs anything other than his regular shots and a rabies shot? Any advise would be apprieciated. Thanks

Hi. I previously asked about whether or not i could take him. Now i know i can i just need to know what shots and certificates he will need so he doesn't get refused entry in to the U.S. Thanks
