I think it comes down to 'bought the puppy in good faith'
following that logic, if I bought a stolen car in good faith I could keep it. Doesn't seem right.
No...not right. But also not right for the person 'buying it in good faith'

Exactly, one of the comments on the Mail says....so if I bought the Mona Lisa in good faith I could keep it. I suppose you would know that it had been stolen, but!!!
I just hope there's a nice outcome for the little kids, bless her little face. I know I'd be devastated if it were one of my hounds.
I think I'd be tempted to steal her back, chipped in my name, KC registered in my name my dog and let the police pick the bones out of that one
