Did you see Robin Searle's critique for Heather at Manchester in Dog World?

"VB (2) 1 Cutler's Lankeela Lucky Heather, 14 years, in splendid form, dead
sound, nice size, sturdy & alert, hard loin & full dentition. The KC should have
this dog up to Clarges Street to show the media a happy healthy pedigree dog.
BV."

So proud of her.

You have every right to be proud of her lankeela. She's lovely, and I did go aaaaah too.

Thanks Jan. Our breed normally only has about 2 or 3 puppies and this litter was a 9.
I must admit not a breed I know a lot about so wow! Just had rescue dogs myself so went from a German Shepherd to a Bichon. Bit of a difference.

Always used to have GSD's for years myself, still got a hankering for another one, the best breed in the world. The Lancashire Heelers are great fun, they can turn their paws to anything.
Thats a fabulous critique for any dog, let alone one who is 14 years of age, well done in keeping her in such fine form. Crufts not too far away now. Trying to think of ways to extend the 'reach' on Tedward now, me thinks he needs to run up more hills!
Fantastic! Heather is a lovely dog. I take it she's going to Crufts?

We apparently had an attractive dog who showed well, amongst other things. We've been to the Cumberland Canine Open Show today and came home with a red rosette. We needed the ring practice prior to The Mastiff Association Champ Show on the 20th Feb. George lay down on his bed at the side of the ring and was soon snoring, very loudly. Laid back? George?
Question Author
Well done George. Heather will hopefully be at Crufts with her two daughters and half brother who is twelve and a half (our judge gave him the CC at WKC in 2002). Also going on the Sunday to do Discover Dogs with another oldie - Woolly Bear is 13 and a half. Get running jules!
