Could anybody please advise what paint I should use to paint the inside of the lid of a fish tank as it is blistering due to the heat from the lighting?
Many thanks

normal paint will be ok i think, if its not in contact with the water.
but to be safe, use lead free paint, or somthing like animal paint.
need it be painted even- if so lead free
You might be better off getting some kind of pond paint to seal the lid such as a small tin of G4. Failing that, i'd seal it with polyurethene varnish (NOT yacht varnish).
