Cat Spraying - prevention please?

Our wheelie bin seems to be the new spraying corner for a cat. It stinks!!

How can I prevent the cat from continuing to wet/spray there please?

you could try spraying something citric.. they are not supposed to like citrus smells.... or get some pheramone spray from your vet (not cheap) - then it will make it smell to them like its already their territory so no need to 'mark' it.
Hope this helps... just be glad its outdoors!!! and not in your house!!
