Is it true a swan could break your arm? if they do break arms what power retio would be required to achieve a clean break?

Urban myth. They're more likely to break their own wing bones than your arm.

Never heard of a genuine case where someone's arm was broken. This may have been one of those myths to protect the swans.
I can tell from experience that they can give you quite a hard wallop though. Hurts for days.

I knew someone whose arm was broken whilst she was trying to protect some toddlers from a swan. Not an urban myth.
