I wish to build an outside avairy in my garden, for parrakeets/finches or possibly parrots. My garden though backs on to a railway line (4 /5 trains a hour). How would this effect the birds. Will they get use to it? Will it stress them to much. Will they breed. Any birdkeeping experts out there

and post your question in the Garden Birds Forum there (near the bottom of the list on the left)?

After a few days the noise from the railway will not effect the birds. Please think carefully wether you are going to keep finches or parrots, as they require quite different aviaries.
