They eat insects on the wing, so it'll be any flying insect I guess (well perhaps not stinging ones eh).
If you phone up the RSPCA or even your local vet they may well have the telephone numbers of people local to you who specialise in rescuing wildlife and birds. They very often take in fledglings. It is extremely difficult to undertake this task with no experience and failure can prove distressing. Good luck anyway - I do hope this has a successful outcome.
