What do dogs not like the smell of?

i was trying to get my dog to stop jumping over the fence but nothing has worked so far.I was wondering what do dogs not like the smell of because if i found what my dog didn't like the smell of then i could make all around the fence smell like that.My dog is a female labrador so if you have any suggestions please reply. thanx.
