I've only seen the poster, and was reduced to paroxysms of frenzied self-rightiousness at the sheer cynical cash-in concept of combining a cinema icon with a thir rate sci-fi goon that out-acted Arnie (no change there then!) OK, now that we've got that out of the way, it has to be the Alien, a complete killing machine to whom the concept of losing simply doesn'e exist. Giger kicks ass every time!

Don't know, but whoever wins, we lose ;-). I reckon that it will be the Predators (otherwise Earth is no more).

Alien vs Predator was a series of comic books from ten years back and I think in the first one the predators won.

On a one-to-one battle the odds are with the Predator because it has weapons that can kill from a distance whereas the Alien has to get up close.

But in a free for all with multi combatants the Aliens disregard for their own life might sway the day for them by swamping the Predators in a mass attack.

It all depends on whether the Predators play their joker - invisibility - and whether it works with Aliens.
