There are two breeds known as 'Barge Dogs' - the Keeshond and the Schipperke, although both originate from Holland and not Belgium.

I think the answer would be Schipperke though, as although Schipperke is a Dutch word meaning 'Little Skipper' they have connections with Belgium.
