my dog has gotten tree sap on his paws how do i safely remove this

wash with shampoo and rinse well

I should post the question for a 4th time just in case anybody missed the other 3 lol

If shampoo doesn't work, try a bit of neat fairy liquid and rub in well before rinsing.

If it's sticky resin from a conifer, it will probably need wiping off with a cloth dampened with methylated spirits.

If you don't mind spending money buy some dog conditioner and rub in well with water the rub with hint of washing liquid
