I have had enough of AXA and their customer services. Thinking of changing my cat's pet insurance. Any recommendations (Tescos??)

I am currently paying 6.40 per mth with AXA.

All of our pets are insured with Tesco and we are perfectly happy. I had to make a claim 18 months ago for a huge bill and they were great. Really helpful.
we use m&s they settled the claims we had a few months ago no probs.
I have used Tescos for years and they are excellent. I had an expensive situation with a cat a few years ago, and I told the Vet it would be paid by the Insurance. They were very keen to know who, and when I told them it was Tescos, they were very relieved and said "Ah! Good - they always pay out!"
heya

We use AFI for all our pet insurance, 6 cats & dog, i think they are fantastic, no problems so far, and a majority of the money they get goes to animal charties in africa and other countries to save endangered species.
Search Animal Friends Insurance on google, they are also alot cheaper then other companies i have seen & still provide the same cover!
We have our 2 cats on Tescos. 13.something per month for two, now 2-3 years old.

We had to claim for the loss of our previous cat and there were no problems. They were even trying to offer us more money for adverts.

I'd recommend them.
Try Argos. They seemed the best deal to me but I haven't had to claim yet. Hope never to.
I have been with Sainsbury's now for several years, we claimed big time with our Shar-pei in February and sadly have to put another (bigger) one in very shortly but this year my policy actually went down. So I can recommend them, however they are the same as any other insurance company, they will pull the plug if need be and refer to the small print if it suits them. PS Sainsbury were one of the few insurance companies to insure Shar-pei so another reason for liking them!
Hi,

I have my cat Inusred with More Than and has been for around 6 years. They are superb and really quick to settle a claim. They have always settled driect with the vet too so it saves me forking out shed loads.

I thnk the premium is around 6 per month and you get one month free too.
We also use Animal Friends Insurance, they were cheapest provider for our policy needs but also donate to animal welfare. www.animalfriends.org.uk
