My ducks are inexperienced in raising their ducklings. One has been sitting for 28 days, and I know this is the right length of time, my question is, one duckling has been turfed out of the nest because it has a dodgy foot. How can it be hand reared as far as the oiling is concerned, as when it finally gets on water, if it survives that long, without the oiling it will drown. Can any body give any advice.

Day old ducklings are reared on ordinary duckling food, and apart from a dry bed, don't need any special treatment.
Get some chick crumbs. Don't worry about the oil, that will come naturally. I have 'liberated' ducklings from an intensive rearing shed ( not illegally, when they have escaped, I have not put them back!) and they have been released on a pond, with no problems.
