Was skippy a real animal ? yeah, i know he was an animal but was he really so light on his feet ? the little fella was probably more intelligent than most kids are in this blooming country of ours...

funky of course he was real,he could talk and jump,he saved peoples lives,and we loved him, what a hero,he's up there with Flipper, lassie, and superman!!!

could he really talk ray?He was a cracking actor anyway. they just don't make em like that anymore. i know he was clever but i think flipper had the edge.I think you could be onto something about the kids funkymoped!

My mother told me that there were lots of kangaroos that played Skippy as they kept keeling over and going to 'roo heaven.

She told me the same story about the Andrex puppies.

Mum's dead now and now I will never know if she knew something that we don't about animal actors!
