Yes.

It only needs once for her to get out.
Sad to say, yes. Better for her, better for you.
We have four females all neutered, great pets.
And if she doesn't get out, there's the shouting, meowing, begging...the sheer NOISE. She'll drive you crazy. Get her spayed...its better for her too.

She's in an apartment so she'll never meet any Tom's.. I'd love to get her nuterted, just to calm her down, but it's not possible right now.

I tried to take her to the vet a couple of weeks ago, it was an emergency appointment as she wasn't eating, I was so worried, they gave me a slot, but when it came time to box her up I couldn't get her into the carrier, I chased her for about 20 minutes trying to cage her. I had to cancel the appointment, but I got a telephone appointment with a Vet, they told me she was just having a 'off' day.
She doesn't Meoww much but she's climbing up the walls and curtains.
Yes, get her done. Its very important.
Sounds like she is coming into season. Get her neutered as soon as possible. She will calm down. Try some felliwell plugins. Available on Amazon. Leave cage out and open with a blanket and some catnip. See if she will go in on her own and sleep in it. Next time you want to put her in it stand it on end with door open and put her in back feet first. If you can hold her by the scruff of her neck with one hand and her body with the other it might be easier. Good luck
''Should I neuter my cat'' No, get a Vet to do it would be favourite.
Yes get her seen to as soon as you can, wear something with thick sleeves while you get her into the carrier.
Neutering not only prevents unwanted kittens and behavioural problems but can prevent health issues such as mammary tumours and problems with the womb later in life.
Yes, definitely get her neutered but I agree with Calmak regarding Feliway plugins. They should calm her down a bit for the time being.
Yes, always get cats neutered, Campbell cat in the picture is a neutered female, she's 17 years old now but still seems to be a magnet to male cats despite having been neutered at 6 months
