My daughters 1-y-o french bulldog has come out in bumps all over her body. Any ideas what may have caused this. No change in diet or routine. Meds are up to date.

My dog came out in bumps when he suddenly became allergic to frontline. If it was my dog i would pop along to the vet. Food allergies too can appear out of no where (same dog).
