I have a year and a half old staffy cross who is by my side twenty four seven, my friend has had to move back home with parents and can't take his staff back with him and as mine and his dog gets along i said providing it goes ok over the next few days i would have his dog as it means he can still see it. Now this probably sounds pathetic but now i feel really bad on my first dog! He gets on really well with Sasha but he is a very jealous boy! And i can't help feel he thinks i don't love him anymore :( will he really be feeling like this or does somebody need to give me a slap!

Dogs usually work stuff like this out by themselves. The fact that they know each other and get on okay is good. I know someone else with much more knowledge will be around at a more sensible time of the day.

I am considering getting a dog to add to my family of me and the two moggies. One of my cats is okay and is good tempered - but his sister is a evil (but pretty) little girl (she should be a part of the dangerous cat act). It is a long-term plan as cats are 'unpredictable' animals (that's me trying not to use swear words).

Have fun with your staffies.
I think you'll be ok as they already get on. As with a child, just make sure he still gets lots of attention, as I'm sure you will. He'll probably like having a dog friend as well as you, so just see how it goes.
Will your friend want the dog back at any point? Make sure you are both clear on ownership, as you don't want to be paying for food, vet's fees etc and find your friend's circumstances change and he wants the dog back!
as a practical point, be careful over potential flash points. be careful when you feed them or give treats or chews and you may want to pick up any toys that are normally left around so there is nothing to trigger an argument. Where do they sleep? be a bit careful over stuff like the place next to you on the settee or your dog's favourite napping spots, again to avoid arguments. If he is going to get on with your new guest it will be lovely for him to have more company as dogs are pack animals.
Are the dogs both male?

///He gets on really well with Sasha///

Sounds like one of each to me pixie!
Yes, it does. That's usually a better mix than two of the same
