My friend puts out potatoes for hers, but mine are too fussy, they will only eat sunflower hearts.

Mine love stale fruit cake, bacon rind, and any fruit, like bruised appleas and bananas.

^ and water - make sure the dish doesn't freeze.

They will leave what they don't want and then you can dispose of the remainder when it starts going mouldy.
