It's over a decade sinc ewe had a female cat in the house and then she was only young when she was killed on the road and so I can't remember really, but when they are in season, do they tend to go abit sickly and quiet? Lizzie has been sleepy and uninterested in much for a couple fo days, when she was rescued she had a re-growth of hair where an op would have been done and so the rescue place assumed she had been done, would she still come into season?

dotty no, she wouldn't come into season if she's been speyed. My young lady cat certainly didn't, every day was the same for her after the op.
more likely soething else not quite right...possibly a hairball on its way...mine always were a bit off before they yukked them up
Sounds like she is unwell. If she was in season she would be off tarting it around town.
