Curiously, there aren't many biblical references to dogs. Here's one though:

In my father's house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you.
You don't necessarily need to be a Christian to find salvation. Only believe! Why, there may even be a mansion for successful Dog Whisperers in the hereafter.

Sandy that particular quote is one of my favourites "If it was not so, I wouldn't have told you" even over years and translations those words sound like they were said by a real person.
