Can someone suggest a problem behaviour that could be treated by getting the owner to change their behaviour, and which would not require any training for the dog

A dog jumping up on the owners arrival home, getting over excited. This can be cured by the owner ignoring the dog on return, until the dog has calmed down. Lots of others if you want more. Many behavioural problems are caused by the owner!
