fish lip disease

I have an Angel fish with 4 pink pimple-like protrusions on her upper lip. They are not white or fluffy, however the protrusions do have a soft fur. She is eating and swimming normal. She has had these for several weeks now and they are growing bigger. Each of them are now about 1/2 cm big. Any ideas on what these are and how to cure?
