oh duck eggs , bedknobs--theyre lovely
bit stronger tasting than hen eggs, especiallythe battery (cruelty) eggs
boil ,'fry or poach (my fave ) them
DONT EAT THEM....hatch them out, they're probably fertile. Put them in a basket or cardboard box near your hot water tank. Dot side of each egg with felt tip & lightly water spray daily - to keep shell supple. Turn the eggs each day one day showing dot - next day dot under, unseen for 3weeks.

Once hatched ducklings are easily fed on porridge or stale bread & water mashed with grass. Please give it a go ;)
are you going to try and hatch them bednobs?
tambo and cris--hatching wont work if bedknobs has had the eggs in the fridge tho
bednobs - duck eggs make the best Yorkshire puddings you will ever taste.
You can use them in exactly the same way as hens eggs for most recipes (I don't know how the whites would turn out with meringues)
