Well it's the day of the move and am sat surrounded by boxes! Not sure when I'll get my internet sorted by hoping to get some dial up thing before my broadband comes.

Having a nice cuppa and bit of peace before the crazy day commences.

Lazier day for me, only one lot of cats to go and feed then the day is my own (well there's the gardening, ironing, cleaning ..........)

Thanks all, oooh chippy sounds tempting though I have to discover where my new takeaways are. Not sure if there are any on the quays, plenty of restaurants but not sure about a takeaway.

There's a fab indian takeaway on Chester Rd so may go for that tonight.

Part of me things maybe better not to have good ones close to resist the temptation!

Smoke alarm has beeped all night and kept me awake - grrrrrr!!

Plumber here this morning to do some more of my shower which shold have taken 1 week and has been a month already - another grrrrrrr!!

Not quite Doc :) I wish though as I love the sea, lived on the welsh coast for 4 years and loved it.

It's the old Salford Quays they've done up with residential, offices, shopping centre, theatre, cinema, restaurants etc...
