Film on goldfish eyes

Would anyone be able to give me any clue what i can do to help one of my goldfishes.It has a clear film over both of its eyes but the other goldfish is perfectly fine.

It sounds like Chilodonella ( film over eyes,head and back region) it is a parasite & needs treating, it will spread to other fish,any good Aquatics sell the treatment it is called ANTI PARASITE,
