I have a dog who I would like to have castrated. I am on benefit as i am unable to work due to illness. To have him castrated it is going to cost me in execess of 100, is there any way i could get some help towards the cost.

If you are on benefits the PDSA will help you, get intouch with your local branch for info.g
Here's a link to the PDSA, you need to be claiming housing benefit or council tax benefit and they will only help with one animal per person, treatment is free but they do ask you to donate anything you can afford to:

You can find a vet practice/hospital near you here:

As above - PDSA worth their weight in gold.
I had one of my dogs neutered at the PDSA...It wasn't free....cheaper [around 50]....but not free! Believe it or not, it may be worth phoning the RSPCA, they sometimes neuter/spey for free or may know of organisations in your area that will help you.
