My Staffordshire Bull Terrier is 2 1/2 years old, she is now in season again, her last one was in March this year. Has anyone else got a bitch who seems to come into season early. This is not the first time this has happended, infact its about the third time the season has come early. Im a little worried so anyone else who's exprienced the same please get in touch.

My youngest GSD had seasons every 4 months and so did her mum, it took a while to work out when to take her to be spayed as obviously it is usually 3 months after a season she was spayed last November when she was 18 months old and we (and or vet) worked it out, there always has to be one, lol! Don't worry about it, it is obviously normal for her, have you spoken to your vet?
I would like to add that although it is normal, it is probably wise for you to get her spayed, I was told that a bitch with this pattern of seasons can be more prone to PYOMETRA, so I was a bit flippant in saying don't worry, your vet can put you right though.
