Anthony Phillips and Simon Phillips

Are former Genesis guitarist Anthony Phillips (who left Genesis in 1970) and session drummer and current Toto drummer Simon Phillips (who replaced the late Jeff Porcaro as Toto's drummer) related? I know that Simon has played a lot on Ant's solo work but i don't know if the two are related or not, and wikipedia doesn't seem to help. Anyone know the answer?

I've never heard it said, and websites of both don't mention any connection - which they would.

It's just a common name.

I'm sure i've read before that they were related, which is why i mentioned this. but as andy-hughes has said, no website confirms this.
