I have a 2-year old cat, totally adorable. she has recently been nibbling shoots of our neighbour's Wisteria, which overhangs our fence. I know that the seeds and pods are highly poisonous, but the new shoots are ok??? She has not vomited, and seems 100% fine.

Suppose there is not much I can do about this?

Kill the Wisteria.
My brain is far too tired to read through this information, but this is a brilliant site and you should find out the information that you need. http://www.fabcats.org/owners/poisons/index.php

The first year that I had my two cats Frankie ate a garland of red tinsel. It brightened up the litter tray!
