...it's because Rover-cat is sitting on the computer tower under my desk, grabbing at the mouse through the gap in the pull-out keyboard shelf - he's making me type some interesting words!

Must be mousetaken identity Box!
So he is feeling better is he?

My two (usually Frankie) sit on top of my hard-drive tower. They seem fascinated by the off/on switch. I am fed up doing something on the computer and then it suddenly shutting down.

There is an extension lead in my bedroom with a light on it - that is just too tempting. All a kittie has to do is press on the button and the light goes out - turning off all my electrical things.
If I'm typing out a document on my computer and I hear Noisy arriving through the cat-flap, I've learnt to hit 'save' very quickly!

At the moment I really fancy a beer but I can't get up to fetch one because Noisy is fast asleep on my knee. (A few nights ago she jumped on my knee, and immediately fell fast asleep, just as I was about to go to bed at around 2am. I decided that I'd better stay up until she moved. I got to bed at 7.30!)

Also, I thought about Rover when I read this recently:

I heard that story on the news, Chris - it was difficult enough for us to believe that Rover was back, but four years... thank goodness for the microchip, in both cases!

Little Tiggs sometimes comes up to me if I'm sat at my PC and if I pick him up he goes straight for the keyboard.
Try typing with a keyboard full of parrot food and other nasties!
I bet Rover can't out a foot wrong though can he Boxy? Must be so good to have him home safe and sound.

Hmmm.... but no, you are right. He's a bit quieter than he was, and doesn't want to go out (good) but otherwise he's being a pretty good boy these days!
A feline with editorial ideas of grandeur, perhaps?

LOL, I don't know that he's yet read everything I've written about him in the last six months!
Tinkerbella liked to curl up on the laptop keyboard... now no cats would take the interruptions in return for a cuddle and a purr

As long as he doesn't wipe his snotty nose on the screen..... gee, the sun was shining at the weekends, reminded me that I need to clean the bottom six inches of my window..... :-(
